Band arrived short one of Mike's guitars (thanks Delta) at Heathrow
airport. We were met by our dear friend and bus mechanic, Nick Smith.
Nick has a vast knowledge of American cars and most cars and vehicles
in general. Checked into a good hotel in West Drayton. Spent the evening
getting our bus Shirley Jean organized, and the rest of the night in a
fantastic pub called The Six Bells where Mike was treated to a breakfast
from the Pubs' owner, Marta (who is fantastically quick witted, and a hell
of a cook) at 9 PM. We will be meeting some friends there for a few pints
later tomorrow. The guitar finally showed, and we have our new T shirts
in! They look great!
